Blood Group ''O''

People of this blood group like high protein diet like- food products of low carbohydrate, fruits and vegetables etc. They should reduce the consumption of grains, dairy products, nuts and corn in there food. They should eat vegetables and fruits in a balanced manner. They should do regular exercise.

Blood Group ''A''

People of ''A'' blood group like vegetarian diet. They eat high carbohydrate and low fat food products, fruit and vegetables in there food. There blood is thick and immune system is quite sensitive. They should include Soya, grains, beans and fruits in there daily food. If you want to reduce your weight than avoid non-vegetarian, dairy products, and food products made from wheat.

In comparison to other blood group, blood group ''B'' like variety in there food. Avoid eating non-vegetarian food. They can eat dairy products, grains, beans, vegetable and fruits. If you wants to reduce the weight than avoid eating corn, groundnut, egg and tea. Don't perform exercise like swimming and walking.

Blood Group ''AB''

Most of the people of this blood group are vegetarian. They should do such exercise which make them feel relaxed and tension free. These people have strong immune system to reduce there weight. Avoid eating red meat, corn, dairy products and pineapple.
