All these help in protecting the whole circulatory system and, more importantly, the heart. It has been discovered by researchers that people who consume at least two cups of the white brew daily have less chances of dying owing to a heart attack.

It is antiviral and antibacterial in nature. The whole immune system can be toned by the antioxidants present in it so that you can safeguard yourself against a wide variety of illnesses. People who suffer from cold and cough often can opt for it in order to get relief from constant coughing and a running nose. It is, in fact, a much better option than black tea though the latter too can be quite helpful. Thus, you can understand that by incorporating this healthy beverage in your daily diet, you can make a significant difference to your health.
